# Norn

> Norn is an open-source, keyboard-first issue tracker for teams and AI agents. Run it on your own hardware under AGPL-3.0, or use the managed cloud hosted only in the EU. Members and issues are unlimited with no per-seat pricing; cloud plans meter storage and agent usage. SAML and OIDC SSO are included on every tier, self-hosted included.

Norn tracks work on boards, in cycles, and through a triage queue, all driven from a command palette where every action has a keyboard shortcut. AI agents connect over MCP with one authorization covering every workspace, scoped to the user's own permissions, revocable at any time; agents act under their own name in issue history. Importers move existing projects from Jira, Linear, GitHub Issues, and CSV, and original references stay resolvable after migration.
